Welcome back to Scrolling and Snacking. If you're new here, hi. This is my monthly roundup of what I'm reading, shopping, and snacking on. Read it during a contact nap, a late-night feed, or in the carpool line.
In Miami, we're already back to school. In lieu of a new journal (I got a freshie in June), and because I am commuting two hours back and forth right now (it's fine!), I'm on my comfort kick. My back to school comfies commence.

My Shopping Cart

Terry Pants. I wore my terry Juicy pants, that I had since high school, until the band got so worn down the drawstring ripped out the top. Alas, I have found the perfect replacement.
→ Better than Juicy

PJ Refresh. I'm a sucker for pajamas that feel put together.
→ Poised pjs

New Bra. The time has come for a new bra, and since I'm still very much on a ribbed white tank kick (fall can't come soon enough), this pop of color is fun.
→ Fun bra

Setting Spray. I have never used a setting spray in my life. Now I use this daily. Gives a glow, my (minimal) makeup stays on all day, and it's CLEAN.
→ Set and forget
My Open Tabs
Because You're Asking: GLP-1s. We've gotten quite a few DMs about GLP-1s and how and what to nourish a body with, with an emphasis on protein, fiber, and micronutrients. Luckily our dietitian, Monica Auslander, MS, RDN, was happy to weigh in. Her point that stuck with me: when appetite is small, every bite has to work harder. Which is the exact problem Support Snacks™ were built for.

Face It: The Mamala Guide to Waking Up Your Punim. Ever look in the mirror first thing and wonder, who is she? Our five-minute lymphatic drainage face massage helps depuff and sculpt a tired face, plus what to eat to support your skin from the inside out.

On My Nightstand and Bookmarked
Learning that a mother may carry her son's cells for life really puts "you'll never be able to let him go" in a new light. Future daughter-in-law: I'm sorry, but science made me this way.

I'm on my youthful eye journey, and this one is in the rotation. I love the applicator and I see a real difference in the texture and color. Crème Contour Des Yeux VIP O2.

Nosh of the Moment
I usually share a great snack I'm whipping up here, but as a 90s kid, Reese's Peanut Butter Puffs had a hold on me and my parents would not allow them. Thank gd for neighbors. So when I saw the new Seven Sundays clean riff, I had to try. And, guys, they're great. I've been having a little mug-full with vanilla almond milk and it's blissful nostalgia without the eek ingredients.
