What is a Support Snack™?
We love snacks of all kinds but when we are talking about Support Snacks™, we’re talking about functional snacking aka eating as a means of healing. Mamala Support Snacks™ provide you with the whole food ingredients your body needs during nutrient critical life stages, like postpartum. (Which, by the way, can last up to 10 years!)
Are your pouches and caps BPA-free?
Yes! Our pouches and caps are BPA-free, BPS-free, phthalate-free, and melamine-free.
Do I need to refrigerate my Support Snacks™?
While many prefer their Mamala Support Snacks™ chilled, you do not need to refrigerate prior to opening. Once opened you can refrigerate for up to 48 hours.
When do the Support Snacks™ expire?
Our products have a shelf life of 18 months if unopened, so go ahead and stock up!
Are Support Snacks™ vegan?
Yes!
Are Support Snacks™ gluten free?
Yes!
Are Support Snacks™ a meal replacement?
Nope, these are a true snack! They function as the perfect bridge between meals, especially if that meal is a half-eaten bowl of oatmeal.

Are Support Snacks only for postpartum?
Our nutrient-dense whole food blends are excellent nutrition at any time and for everyone, that being said, we formulated our first collection of Support Snacks™ to ensure the functional focus is on the nutrients most needed postpartum.
When should I eat my Support Snack?
Whenever you’re in the mood! We suggest two Support Snacks™ daily.
Orders & Shipping
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
Nope! You’re welcome to make a one-time purchase. But if you’re looking for consistent support, a little peace of mind and the best deal, signing up for a subscription is the way to go. Just choose your pack size and delivery frequency—we’ll handle the rest.
When will I be charged for my monthly subscription?
You’ll be charged automatically on the same day each month, based on the date of your first order. You’ll get an email reminder a few days before your next charge so there are no surprises.
How do I cancel or adjust my subscription?
Easy. You can skip, pause, change your delivery frequency, or cancel anytime through your Mamala account dashboard. Just log in and click on “Manage Subscriptions.” Need help? Email us at hi@mamalaorganics.com—we’ve got you.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
First, check your tracking info (you’ll find it in your shipping confirmation email). Still missing? Email us at hi@mamalaorganics.com, and we’ll make it right.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders process quickly, so if you need to cancel, email us ASAP at hi@mamalaorganics.com. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund you in full.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find it anytime in your Mamala account.
How do I change my address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help! Email us at hi@mamalaorganics.com with your new address. For subscription orders, be sure to update your address in your account at least 48 hours before your next charge.
Will extreme temperatures during shipping impact the products?
Our snacks are shelf-stable and designed to hold up during transit, even in summer or winter. If your box arrives damaged or you have concerns, send us a photo at hi@mamalaorganics.com and we’ll take care of it.
Returns & Refunds
What is the Mamala Organics return policy?
Our general policy is that we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if a product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, we may issue a replacement product, credit or refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs.
Please contact us within seven days of receiving the damaged or incorrect product at hi@mamalaorganics.com. We may request you provide photographic proof of the damaged product or order inaccuracy.
Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. This credit may take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account.
